Steps, block steps and sills

D'Avis Camparta® steps, sills and covers in natural surface. These products may have split or sawn sides. The former are obtained through split machines and thickness selection. The latter are obtained by sawing slabs and by further calibrating the edges at sight ( e non “visible sides” ) so as to obtain a more uniform thickness.

Products in natural surface and thickness are suitable for exterior staircases, gardens and walls, where the finish shall look “rustic” and with acceptable tolerances. Natural-surface products, but with machine-corrected measurements, lend themselves to effective outdoor solutions that enhance the physical properties of the material without altering the original

D'Avis Camparta® steps, sills and covers in machined surface. These products, unlike natural-surface ones, have a uniform thickness (excluding semi-gloss). Their surface is worked by flaming, coating, smoothing or polishing, depending on the desired final effect. Sawn edges can be treated with the same machining of the surface and may be shaped with a bullnose and half-bullnose profile.

Finely finished and processed surface products are ideal for high-quality applications, both for exterior use , for which flamed surface is recommended and interior (for which flamed, brushed, semi-polished, polished and smoothed surface are recommended).

 

WORKED SURFACE TILES:

These come from cutting blocks (in Porphyry, Granite, Basalt, ...) and have regular measurements and thickness
They have sawn edges and the surface is worked by flaming, bush-hammering, sanding, brushing or polishing.
